starter
Anyone know were to get an electric start with the pulley drive for a Carroll Stream 16hp? I looked at ebay but the largest one they had was for a 150cc.

Sorry that is what they call it on E-bay. The pulley drive is what I think they are calling the fly wheel with teeth were the starter teeth crank the engine.

Call Carrolstream when I bought a clone from them he said the place in the other side of his building sold all the parts to them. The starter drives the flywheel.

Ohh haha. Thats the one for your engine, assuming you have the provision in your block for an electric starter.

Mine has the spot for the starter, have to knock the extra casting out of the hole to put one in.

I e-mailed Carroll Stream and they told me
"This is not available through us, but is available on eBay from other sellers. We also sell a 16hp gas engine with electric start for 374.00 with free shipping. Thank you, Anthony" I will try calling them direct with the info given. Thanks sho305! |
