best belt length?
I'm going to be using a 780 drive clutch and an 84D driven clutch. The motor is a 420 predator and one of the surplus supply axles. The cart is lifted enough that I can put the engine almost anywhere. What is the best length for a belt....what's the best distance from driver to driven clutch?
I'm assuming that it doesn't matter much and I should go with a stock length to keep cost down...and make replacements easier to find. |
