Default Club Car DS Clone Swap Kit Preview

This one is for STSClays...ask and you shall receive :)

Please excuse the thrown together engine and loose bolts, we threw this setup together last minute on my personal cart since everything else in the shop is being worked on.

The pictures show our CCDS Mount with an aftermarket Comet 94c clutch, our extended belt, side-exit exhaust and we are utilizing the electric starter on the engine.

If you would like to see more angles, just post and ill get it done for you.

-Geoff

Thanks,

It fits well, its light, it sounds great, its affordable and clean looking....and i had them custom made so they are much quieter than your average kart exhaust.

Any timetable on the release of the exhaust and price?

FYI - I received my club cart mount and will get it installed this weekend. I'm not sure what the temperature of the paint is rated to but I'm assuming due to heat exposure during shipping there is a lot of marking in the paint from the plastic wrap. That or the plastic wrap was applied while the paint was still wet....

Exhausts are available now, Ill update the website over the weekend, you can call in or PM me to order. They're $149.

Iam going to look into the paint issue, I had another customer tell me the same thing, Im guessing it has to do with the plastic wrap and the 115 degree temps out here. Do you want a replacement?

Geoff, thanks for offering the replacement but its fine with me the way it sits because its still functional.

Is there an outlook on the Club Car starter generator brackets?

I will wait on the the exhaust to hit the website if you have enough in stock. I'm in no giant hurry as I'm awaiting your shipment of the gen2 engines.

OK, No problem...I just want to make sure you are happy with our product.

We are working on the revised bracket as I type this...Here are some pictures of our last prototype, the one that we are finalizing today will bring the starter/gen back and down to where the electric starter would have been.

How much quieter? I am desprately trying to quieten my duromax down. How much louder is it versus a stock cart?
