Default whats the trick to make stock cc clutch idle

So im gonna be installing the 440 with the the stock clutch for now. Im thinking of fwbing the stock s/g to start and charge. What do I need to machine or space out to make it idle? I know ive seen some thing about it but ive read so much I forgot most of it allready ) and how much can or should u machine from the driven for highrr top speeds? Iunderstand it needs to close moree but how much is to much.
