Default Vegas Carts 440 Kit 2002 EZGO Build

I am new here but I love the forum, lots of great info and I ordered a Vegas Carts kit today from reading about them on here, and I just wanted to thank Geoff for answering all my questions when I called him.

Hopefully I can post some pics of the install and maybe a video or 2.

Thanks, I have been hunting for pics of a 440 with a air filter installed but could not find any.

Anyone have pics of their throttle setups?

Got the motor out of my cart yesterday, what a pain in the *** that was. I didn't see the bracket on the back of the motor that connects to the housing on the rear axle. then the motor got wedged in but long story short I finally got it out.

I removed the clutch off of the motor and thanks to reading post on here I went and got a 3/4" fine thread bolt that was 2" long and I pumped grease into the hole and worked some air out of the grease then repacked it again and it popped off.

I missed my FedEx delivery today now I have to wait till Tuesday to get my motor and start installing it.

received my kit today via fedex, all the bolts were loose in the box, the bag had ripped so I hope they are all there, If I would have known that the motors came unassembled I would have had them do it.

got ready to assemble my motor and found out that I was missing valve stem seals, so I called vegas carts and I guess there is only a seal on the intake valve and they were going to get it right out to me, this is a first for me usually there is a seal on the intake and exhaust valves, it looks to me that both valve guides are cut to accept seals? Just out of curiosity why would the exhaust not require a seal?
