Exhaust/muffler from Honda 450r to CC DS
I used 2 1 1/4" 90's and a 4"long piece of EMT conduit and my buddy cut a stainless Honda 450r muffler in half and welded it back together so it wasn't so long. I made it go over the drive clutch and between the shock and driven clutch, then out the back almost centered of the cart. It's got a really low sound while cruising around but then very throaty when you get on it. I'll get a video of it soon.

Yeah Killer, mufflers are one of those things a that you just don't know about til you build it and put it on the cart then see how it sounds. I REALLY like the sound!!!! I'll try to get a vid clip of it.

Whats inside of the muffler? Is it difficult to get back together?

Re: Exhaust/muffler from Honda 450r to CC DS
I didn't do this one, my buddy did it. I did an OEM muffler on a ZX9R a few years ago and there was nothing to it. Literally cut it where you want (test cut first) and put it back together. It's what I used to do on my street bikes instead of paying $400-$1000 for an exhaust. You don't even have to weld it, you could rivet it back together as that's how some are from the factory. Look on eBay for factory takeoffs.
