Did a little body work, removed the front bumper and straightened it out, built a set of diamond plate rockers and hit it with some flat finish paint

Long story short is I hate buying anything that I don't know a little about and this is why. Crankcase gasket had leaked apparently and the previous owner thought the best way to fix it was to smear epoxy around the case rather than take the time to put a new gasket on it. I tore the bottom end down, cleaned all the epoxy mess off the block, replaced the gasket and crank seal, cleaned the carb adjusted the valves, checked compression and ran it all of about 5 minutes before the rod bearing locked up. Needless to say I'm not a fan of this motor at this point and decided to night the bullet and buy a vc clone. So here we go again!

This is what things are looking like as of yesterday, finished welding up the engine cradle, milled out the engine mounting holes and assembled it all in the cart.

Good start! That cart's a good platform. Does the rear end have a locking diff?

honestly couldn't tell ya about the rear end I haven't got to drive this thing enough since I bought it to know for sure. The only thing this ohio winter has been good for is shop time! bring on the sun!!!!

going to work on building the starter/generator bracket this week and hopefully start hooking up the essentials, fuel line, electrical, and cables. Hoping with any luck I can fire it up in a week and move on to the suspension. everything I own seems to get a lift kit so this will be no exception

Go to edit, turn the picture you're trying to upload and save it. Even though it appears to be the way you want it, rotate it all the way around. It's dumb!!!! But it works. I'm assuming you're talking about an iPhone???

Well didn't have any pumping to do again today so I worked in the shop a bit, pulled the motor bCk out and removed the engine cradle so I could throw some paint on it, now that I know I am done welding. I also added a gusset from the engine plate to the rear end to keep things in check. Then I decided while the paint was drying and the motor was out why not pull the rear end and get started with the spring over lol. I sure hope this weather straightens up so I can get back to making money and stop spending it on this *** cart! Idle time in the shop always gets me in trouble.
