Holy ****!!!! VC440
Finally got the 440 up and running a few minutes ago and took it out for a test ride. I am blown away by the power this cart has now! Before with the old 295 and running 23" tires, the cart wouldn't pull itself on a 8' dump bed trailer from a stop. Now the cart will spin the tires, do donuts in gravel and will do 30mph. I expected it to be better but not this much better and this is with no performance upgrades for the 440. I am VERY happy with the results.

Re: Holy ****!!!! VC440
Good for you, wish I could say the same. I have had mine on the road twice now since the swap and too speed was 23 mph with myself and my brother in the cart and we sure as heck weren't doing doughnuts or spinning tires. This thing doesn't seem to have much more torque than my stock 350 had

Re: Holy ****!!!! VC440
Could be differance in how your carts are set up. Lifted or not, aggressive tires/slicks. Either way, doesn't sound like you are happy. Have you called Geoff? He will listen and do whatever he he can to make you happy.

Re: Holy ****!!!! VC440
Haven't talked to Geoff since I got it out on the road and test run it over the weekend. I will try tomorrow, hopefully I can get some guidance as to what "tweeking" I might need to do, that is if Aaron can get him for me without hanging up on me again. Lol not too impressed with that outfit at this point

Re: Holy ****!!!! VC440
Here is a pic if the setup and the cart. There is a thread in the ezgo gas section I am updating with the entire build.
