Vegas Carts Phone
Trying to get a hold og Vegas Carts today to see if they shipped my Rocker Studs. All I get are busy signals or all circuits are busy, try again later. Anyone else having this problem? They did not go out of business on me I hope!

Re: Vegas Carts Phone
The phone went dead today when Aaron was in mid sentence. You and I are of the very few ezgo VC 460cc clone swaps. I left you a notice over a month ago so that we could work through the install. I have a 2004 txt that has been stretched. My shifter cable bracket and the cable are exactly where they are suppose to be for a 2003-2006 ezgo txt. However, VC staff are yet to find this out. My VC 460cc can only be installed sideways which causes my taxi golf cart customers to complain about the strong vibration.
I would still like to talk. |

Re: Vegas Carts Phone
WOW....Our power goes out for a few hours (somebody crashed in to a power pole) and theres a post about it on BGW....
My email address is Geoff@vegascarts.com.....It is, and ALWAYS will be the best way to get an answer from me. These days, calling and trying to get ahold of me directly in the middle of the day is nearly impossible at times. There are days where Iam just too busy and cannot afford to lose my focus. In an effort to constantly improve our products, I have setup a specific forum to resolve any problems and learn about necessary changes to our products. I check the forum once a day, late at night usually. |

Re: Vegas Carts Phone
Lol. Being in business myself, I have noticed an interesting trend with our customers this year. It seems that todays consumer wants: 1. low prices 2. top quality products 3. instant access to information 4. immediate attention/service
What I can't figure out is how to give them all of that. It just seems impossible. Let's give Vegas Carts a break guys. I know you ordered a few parts, let's say a week ago, maybe two. Anytime there is a product in high demand, there are going to be delays. Why? Because everybody and their brother are calling to order and ask questions and get information. Why are these products/services in such high demand? Because they are good! Sometimes we have to wait for the good things...... I think Ebay and Amazon has spoiled us all with one free shipping etc. Back in the day, you opened a catalog, picked out your parts, filled out an order form, mailed it with a money order, and 3-4 weeks later your parts came to your doorstep. There are some businesses that you can't get your stuff in 1-3 days, we just can't get around that. Example, I got a call from a customer wanting to schedule a job....today.....Uh, sorry Sir we are booked 10 days out. "WHAT! You mean I can't just call and get the job done the same day?" WTF? Really man? Try calling an electrician to wire a house.....you are waiting 2-3 weeks. Sorry to rant. But really guys? We are talking about high performance golf cart parts here.....hardly a clogged toilet or tree that fell on the house. If I don't get my rocker arms in a week or two....well, I'll just drive my cart the way it is until then. |

Re: Vegas Carts Phone
Why because he came out a specifically stated that if you need to make contact send an email as phone calls cost time and focus? I've got a friend who has run a motorcycle parts and accessory store for at least the last 15 years to which he is very up front that it is a husband & wife operation and phone calls get last priority, filling orders gets first priority and answering emails comes next...

Especially in a business where a good portion of what goes on is "custom" or "fabrication". Quality products take time to produce. Quality service takes time too. |

Re: Vegas Carts Phone
With him being in the customer service business I just think it would of sounded better had he said sorry you weren't able to get a hold of us. A car hit our telephone pole and knocked our phones out. Please email us and I'll check your order. I know I would of felt better being the customer had I heard that.

Re: Vegas Carts Phone
I remember when Geoff started Vegas Carts, and his goal was to provide us with a higher horsepower alternative that would fit in our carts. Anytime there have been issues with his products, he improves them as a good business owner should.
Him being so busy is a sign of a good product going at a good price. If the product was ordered two weeks ago, I could see the frustration. But it doesn't appear that way. As far as being arrogant, having 14 posts and calling a forum sponsor arrogant, comes across as arrogant. |
