Predator 420cc question
I had an idiot (not me, but I am an idiot) do a little work on my swap while I was too busy. I'm not exactly sure what he did (but I did find some wiring I had to redo). I've got a wire that I'm not sure where it goes, black wire that is hanging out of the side cover near where the coil would be (I kind of assume that this would be a wire that went to the switch box before the idiot cut wires and moved it without being asked or told to do so). The engine is the electric start version.

Re: Predator 420cc question
I believe that's your kill wire. If you ground it it will ground the coil out and stop running.
The wires on the other side will go to the charge coil. It should put out 12v when running. |

Re: Predator 420cc question
Yes sir, I didn't check voltage but it did light up the test light. Thanks for confirming what I was thinking and hoping.
