Default Par Car Eagle Motor Upgrade

Own a 2000 Par Car Eagle VIN 5EDZ-xxxxx-E0.

Wanted to know if folks have upgraded a Par Car Eagle motor for a bit more speed. This cart is used for driving around a retirement community and golf.

My goal is to have the Par Car keep up to my Club Car which has the Advanced 6-223A.

The motor in there now is the 69200-89A. I seem to come up with only one motor in my searches so far to replace the original 69200-89A and wanted some others opinions so I am more educated as I talk to suppliers.

Thanks

The only motor I have found to fit my par car was one that D&D offered.....But my cart is an 89.....

I do have some ideas of how to fit a bigger motor on a par car....but they are in the insane aera ...so probably not much help.

Was talking to one of the D&D engineers (very impressed with his ability to articulate benefits of motor versus controller for a specific cart and willingness to chat about options versus costs and potential benefits). Like you said he had one motor that would work. He was very cautious about what gain I would see.

Did you upgrade? Any specifics of before and after?

I have not upgraded yet, but have been looking.

I am curious what the engineer said about the single options gains.

My Par Car currently tops out at 20 or just under (GPS with no decimal point) on flat with 18.5 tires. This is pretty good, but I just want a little more .

He told me the motor upgrade would not cost me any noticable torque and "could" produce another 2MPH, but he was hesitant to gaurantee that and was just making sure I understood before I dropped $400.

I would review before I buy to be sure I heard right.

The other thing I have been looking at is tires. I GPS the cart on a stretch with my 18.5 tires and was seeing 19 (with the occasional flash of 20). I went home and put some 20.5's on and saw 21 in same stretch. Since I never saw 22 and do not have a decimal point on my GPS I do not know if I was going 21.1 or 21.9
