Columbia Par Car Manual

Looking for a Columia Par Car manual. I believe it is around a 2005 and the VIN# is 5FCLS26A481000162.
I believe there are some wires that got burn off and I don't know where they go. All the lights, signals and horn work great, but won't go at all and can't ever get it to make the Backup peeps go when I turn the key and put in reverse. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

That's a 2008 vehicle. The accessories are driven off the battery pack, so are independent of the control system. The controller (blue and silver mounted by the motor) has a green LED in the lower right corner. With key on, it should be a steady green. If it detects a fault, follow the attached code sheet for the next step. If no LED at all, you may have a blown fuse in the circuit. Just a one amp fuse runs the controller.
