New Wrap

Looking for advice on installing a wrap tomorrow. Any suggestions? The cart is stripped, given a pressure wash bath with simple green, per the instructions, and wiped down with alcholol as the instructions said.

It's a 1999 with some rough spots in the body so I sanded some spots first to get rid of old pen striping and smooth some body damage.

one or two buddy's. several beverage's. and patience, lots of patience. I hated the rear fenders. good luck. load some pic when done.

Get a heat gun to help reform the vinyl if you need to. You will for sure need another person to help. Especially on the front cowl. One big thing is to make sure the underside of the plastic is clean so when you tuck the vinyl it has a clean surface to stick to.

Patience is a must. Make sure you do it in a climate controlled environment. If it's too hot it will overstretch. If it is too cold it will be brittle and tear. I did mine not too long ago and it came out pretty good. It wasn't very hard either. Although I do wraps for a living so I knew what I was doing.
