Default 4 prong trailer kit

Hi guys.,I'm wondering if anyone wired up their cart with a 4 prong trailer kit ,so when you do connect trailer to cart you plug in and you got lights and turn signals working with trailer.....if so little guidance would be appreciated on how to go about wiring it up ...I own a 2001 gas cc ds...I have lights/signals/ the works...

Thanks pipesta..so I'm guessing I need to splice into each individual wire...for instance blinker,tail lights..break light on my existing light harness ...?

Just don’t use scotch locks please. Cut the wire and go 2 into 1 with heat shrink

I will say those things are quick and easy, but that's the only positive. They offer zero protection from the elements, which you need on a cart.

Thanks a lot guys,.all very, helpful...I will be tackling it soon..and will do a follow up.....oh I plan on soldering n heat shrinking ....
