Wow! That is a lot of fiberglass work! Looks great!
What is that red material you used? I've seen where people have used fleece material instead of fiberglass matte. That does not look like fleece you used there. I also did the raptor liner. Went with black. Were you able to get the texture you wanted? I tried multiple things to get a finer texture, but nothing seemed to change it. I wanted a finer texture than I ended up with, but I'm still happy with it. |

I agree! Would love to see more pictures as you move forward with the build!

I used the gun it came with as well. I had done a lot of research before hand, and many folks on YouTube were able to use the same gun. They were able adjust the gun, pressure or distance to get different texture. Didn't work for me. Oh well... |

I tried from 40 to 60 psi, didn't see much difference. I have some touch up to do, going to spray a couple more bottles, going to reduce it 10%, will let you know how it turns out!

Re: 1975 3 wheel ezgo fiberglass done!
Thinned the rhino liner, sprayed a little finer texture, not too much though. Got the batteries in and rough wired everything to make sure I didn't burn anything up.. runs great, clocked it at 25.. not even a full charge. Cleaning up all the bms wiring next then to all the drive wiring, then to the 12v!
