Throttle cable solutions
I put this in the wrong section. So, I got more pictures and did it again. This is a good system and wasn't labeled correctly...Fast Fred Carb Kit, here's the linkage/adapter. No cable cutting. It's 1/4" air or water line and fittings for the sheath and ?? cable for the center. There are holes in the frame where it mounts already. It's cool

Re: Throttle cable solutions
Its actually an adapter to go from the stock cable to a side carb. The stock cable is not altered...If you want to change back, you don't need to buy a throttle cable. The stroke on a slide carb is also longer. This picks up the slack amd creates a longer stroke.
I'm gonna go back to stock...need to use it at work and this is too loud..even the intake is loud! |
