Painting a Polaris Body
Can you paint the body of a Polarus 4x4 ? I was told that the paint won't stick to the plastic.

Won't work, it is a EMS vehicle that will need stickers on it.

Re: Painting a Polaris Body
You can paint it but as soon as the plastic flexs it will more then likely chip... Your best bet is searching on here for threads on Kylon Fusion paint for plastic....

Re: Painting a Polaris Body
A body shop painted in and it looked good, 3 or 4 hours later the paint just started popping off !
They had donated the supplies and labor to do it, $1000 down the drain. The EMS wanted it white, right now it looks like they are getting red because that is the other color body that polaris makes. |

You can put a flex additive in the paint.
