Re: Ski's
I can't recall ever seeing it done. That doesn't mean it hasn't been.

Re: Ski's
What a coincidence!.. im actualy in the process of making some front skis for one of my carts for ice fishing..
I basicaly picked up some snow board type skis from walmart, and im in the process of making the ratchet strap system that goes over the front wheels. similar to this kind of setup... i originaly was gona make something like this out of aluminum, and tig it together, but i still wanted it to come off easy so i can load the cart on the trailer... now with my new design.. just drive up on the ski and ratchet it down i also have some previous cart customers who are interested in me making some for them.. but all in all they are not overly difficult to make, and will last a long time when you use the right hardware.. im using all SS bolts once its all done, ill have pics for all! |
