i am taking a go kart with heavy frame , 9 hp gas and wedding it with twin 600 watt pm motors up front for four wheel drive forward, two wheel drive in reverse. have purchased ezgo brains for motors- from 97 medalist and am seeking wiring diagram for ezgo controller to ID the four apparent wires that went to the original ez-go kart motor. my motors each take two wires- where do i go from here before i try to figure this out with the vom?

EZGO diagram wont do you any good because you are using perm mag motors but it will be something like this.
Battery positive to controller B+ AND to motor +......battery negative to B- on controller........M- on controller to motor negative.....and with that I will move this topic to the proper forum. You still need to figure out how to switch the polarity so you will have reverse. |
