Default Electric Club Car DS Body question

I see all of these parts for 82+ CC DS's but I have an 81. When I look at the pictures of the newer carts, they look just like mine bodywise. Does anyone know if there really is a difference, or is the 81 just a lost twin? Any help would be appreciated.

I know the front nose is a little narrower. I put a set of lights on one about that age and the plastic bezel stuck up a litttle bit, I wanna say maybe 1/4". Not sure thought it was a long time ago!

I think it was in 82 that they went to rack and pinion steering.

they did go to the rack n pinin steering,. I know because I had to adjust my Ross box steering box. I guess I am gonna have to either try some parts or make them myself.

I found out last night that we have a newer Club Car in the mill. Looks like I'm gonna have to find it, and do some measuring.
