Default Jerry riggin windshield help?

I need to buy a windshield for my Yamaha G9 that I fabbed uprights for out of 3/4" conduit and put a Club Car top on it. Im looking for a tinted folding one. Here is the size I need to get close to. Its 39-1/2 across top and bottom and 28-1/2. Anyone know of one close so I wont have to do too much cutting?

A 2000 and up club car is 40inches at bottom half and then tapers to 35.5 at the top. Hope this helps.

The windshield on my TXT is 38" wide at the top, 40.5" wide at the bottom, and 32" tall.

Just build your own. Get some tinted lexan from a glass shop and cut it to fit. Drill and tap the uprights and screw it on. That is what I just done with my strech roll cage.

Hey TxJole,
How did you make your windshield frame? Now that I lifted my cart, it's too high to get in the garage. I'm debating on shortening the old one or making a new, shorter, and maybe stronger frame.
Any pics of yours?

Looked into that too. Cost is twice as high if I fab it out of 1/4" lexan compaired to buying a windshield kit off e-bay.

Bent 3/4" conduit and painted it black.

Cool. The larger diameter probably looks good. So now that you have had it for a while, whats your impression of it? Hows it hold up to your kids/friends hanging on it? How did you mount it?
Thanks for the 2 cents.
