EzMan - 500cc 4x4!

Finally have most of the mechanical stuff done, and i some minor details left to finish, for the most part it seems to pull its weight perfect Very Happy

It is a early eighties EzGo.....and the doner atv is a Polaris Sportsman 500.

I'll be using one of the small sand rail style fuel tanks mounted on the metal rear deck i am building, my next steps will be to work on the body and appearance!

That's the perfect cart to experiment on!! My next cart will one I can try my hand at fabricating on and not worry about messing anything up. More pictures!!!!

im jealous, ive wanted to do this to my cart for the longest time, it is difficult to find a donor atv cheap enough to rip all apart though. i bet that cart will go thru just about anything!!!
