Default Big bad roll cages

HERE WE GO EVERYBODY. CHEVY AND I DECIDED TO BUILD OUR OWN ROLL CAGES. NEITHER ONE OF US HAVE EVER DONE THIS BEFORE, BUT IM NO STRANGER TO BUILDING STUFF. I ORDERED A TUBING BENDER, TUBING NOTCHER, BEND-TECH SOFT WARE, AND A ANGLE GAUGE. I HAVE A SMALL BACK GROUND IN CAD SO, DESIGNING A ROLL CAGE IS GOING TO BE NO BIG DEAL.

NOW I KNOW THERE ARE PLENTY OF COMPANIES OUT THERE BUILDING THEM. BUT, I CAN NOT FIND ANYONE THAT WILL CUSTOM BUILD WHAT I WANT. SO, WE ARE GOING TO TACKLE IT. NOT SURE HOW LONG ITS GOING TO TAKE US TO BUILD THEM, BUT HERE WE GO

What are your roof plans? Has anybody ever tried making a roll cage that would take a stock roof? What about Chevy's 5 point harness connections? Sounds like fun ~ I sure wish I was closer... I have a workhorse that needs a custom build.
