Re: Cargo Carrier
Walmart has them, too. I bought one for my Jeep a couple of years ago to keep the cargo higher on the trails. Works great! Not for carrying much weight though.

Re: Cargo Carrier
i used one on the atv i had and i used to load deer on and it bottomed out the rear every time. i thing it was because it put the weight up and behind the atv because if i just put the deer on the rear rack of the atv it road fine, but i still used the hitch rack because i didnt want to get blood all over me and the atv. i dont know how well it would work on a cart although i think carts can carry more weight with out having as much sag in the rear.

Re: Cargo Carrier
I considerd usieng a carrier but was afraid the cart might be hard to steer going up hill with a load on. I opted for http://www.harborfreight.com/500-lb-...ier-92655.html. I left the 2 inch bar off and mounted it sideways over the bag well. I wanted some kind of rear bed so that weighed in on my decision. If you are handy with a welder or know someone the one I got could have the bar modified to create the lift like the atcv carrier. I think a hitch carrier would work fine on a heavy cart.

Re: Cargo Carrier
I built my own for hauling deer out of the woods. I mounted it in the receiver hitch on the rear of my ezgo electric cart. I sold that cart and now have a gas cc which is much lighter on the front end. I could not mount it on the rear of this cart due to it would ride wheelies up hills. I fabricated it on the front of my club car and it now hinges when not in use. I also added a receiver hitch on the front which now gives me the option of a trailer ball for moving my trailer around the yard. I have not seen any carts with the cargo carrier on the front end so it is definitely different. It works great and I will post pictures soon.
