Re: ezgo txt floor shift
Did you see the shifter mod that Cheesy did? Pretty slick but my shifter assembly is different than his so I can't do what he did. I am trying to design my own and if successful will post some pics. I gotta wait for warmer weather to get serious about it. I have a "universal" design but need to test out the actual functionality before making any claims to a successful product.

Re: ezgo txt floor shift
So how are you guys planning to keep the shifter so someone can't accidentally push it into reverse?

shift it into reverse and think I am trying to go forward. Since I don't have ANYTHING accomplished, other than an idea, I don't have to worry right now. I guess a shifter with a short throw would be easier to knock into reverse than a long throw but I am not concerned with that problem right now. I am the only one that drives the cart, no kids, and I drive it at my own risk. |
