New project, harley davidson conversion to 4 wheels
Well this is my first post haha.
Alright guys, I got hold of a i have no idea what year 3 wheeled harley davidson cart. No batteries and the motor and everything has been torn out. Just a chassis. I am going to be throwing a zx-6 600 engine in it and seriously dont want three wheels happening haha. So If anyone has done it or has any experience pretty much fabricating their own front end that would be extremely helpful. Any advice, tips, and knowledge is much appreciated! Thanks guys |

I think Roady89 did this to an old Melex once. I bet the simplest way would be to just get a straight axle ( ezgo?) and fab up some mounts and steering adaption?

What about the rear axel? It still has the diff with all the gears in the rear, is that strong enough for a 600 or will i need to find another setup for that as well? Cause Im gonna have to get a sprocket.
