Make your own rear seat Cheap!!!
Just got back from Jo-Ann Fabric and they gave me 1/2 off the foam and vinyl and I had the plywood all ready. I'll post pics later but for making your own seat sub 100$ this is the way to go :). There sale ends this weekend and you have to find a couple fliers to use the 1/2 off coupons twice one for the vinyl and one for the foam. But it looks like the run this sale once a month at least :). They didn't have that many colors but I just wanted black anyways :).

Re: Make your own rear seat Cheap!!!
Nice! I paid 50 bucks for their 5" foam for my front seat. I almost dropped to the floor when he told me the price. Looking forward to seeing your photo's.

I have heard of using the foam out of old couchs and chairs that are thrown out or on the side of the road. If it is clean why not.

Nicely done!
Some say he never has seen a sunset...Some say he thinks electric vehicles are for the birds....all we know is he's called THE STIG!! I just love that show. Except for the Star in a Reasonably Priced Car interview. It always goes on and on and on...... Right. |
