Default making a limo

ok we are starting with a dcs cart. iv have striped it down to a rolling chasis. we are going to add 30 inches to it. i know the stander limo is 28 inches. but i need 2 more inches. will start cutting and fabbing tomarrow. and sending motor to plum quick on monday. we are going to add a 500 amp alltrax. going from 36 volts to 48 volts. also will be putting in 2 ga cables . we are adding a delt q on broad charger.custom air brush paint job. lift kit not sure what we want there and wheels. we will start posting pictures tommarow. i think i wont be able to sleep tonite

ok today we did thecutting and fabing man not as difficult as it may sound. here are all the cutting and fabing pictures of the . keep in mind a factory limo is 28 inches more then a standered cart. but i went with 30 inches

monday it goes to get sand balsted then we will make new battery box then to powder coating
