Looking for some ideas, new cart owner here! 1976 Harley.
So I am the new owner of a 1976 Harley Davidson electric cart.
Cleaned it up a little today. So I am looking for ideas. The batteries are shot, and the speed control is wore out. So my first an big question is, stay electric or go gas? I would like this thing to be pretty fast when I am done, maybe even street legal. And plans also include air bags and a stereo(I compete in car audio competitions) so that is a must. I did get the original charger for this too. It is a 36 volt. Any and all input will be greatly appreciated. |

Wow, cool find! Got any pics of the "guts"? Wonder how much it would take to convert it to gas...Usually it's a whole lot less of a headache to say original.
