Default What do I do with a 2" hole?

I just installed a new digital volt meter from ScottyB on my EZGo cart. I used the S/S switch plate he sells and it is a nice clean install. The problem now is I am left with a 2" hole on the dash where my 36V state of charge meter was. Any ideas or suggestions of what I could put there to cover the hole up?

Put the SOC meter back in the hole and use it as a check meter. Wire in parallel with the Datel meter.
Or get one of these: http://greatlakesskipper.com/product...el-filler.html

It's a 36V SOC meter and I am going to 48V. I thought about just plugging it but I figured someone on this forum has installed something in one of these holes that "I can't live without". I do kind of like the idea of an air temp gauge if I can find one reasonable.

Look for one from a Harley FLHT. You might can get one for free

Now that's something that might make me give my bagwell up for!

Here's a pic of my dash

I'm thinking air temp indicator or clock right now but please keep the ideas coming.

I had a thought on the way home today, a tube inserted into the hole to make a D-cell MAG-Lite holder! Probably not enough clearance on the backside...

They make a plate that can cover it if you want
