this is what the kit from club car looks like. you will still need: rear seat, top, an additional seat back and bottom.

first you will need to cut the front underbody. the instructions are laid out nicely. take your time and measure twice and cut once.

next you will need to measure and mark the points outlined in the instructions. BE VERY PRECISE. the better you are the better things will go together. once you mark and drill MAKE THE CUT! then slide your frame extensions in and viola! a stretched frame! but we are not done yet.

next install the middle frame filler. this is pretty straightforward. its held in with 3 bolts per side. once this is done lay the extended the wiring harness in the channel. make sure that the wires are CONNECTED AND TIGHT, you will not be able to get in here once assembly is complete. if your thinking about lights this is the time to do it! once all wiring is secure, lay the final sheet of aluminum across the top.
