Roof Extension - 2 Passenger to 4
I have an '07 EZGO TXT with the short roof and rear flip seat. Most of the enclosures I have seen for 4 passenger are for the long roof.
Has anyone built a frame extension that will hold up the 4 passenger enclosure and not puddle rain in the top? |

didn't have the cart very long, but never heard anything from the buyer, and you can always put a T in the middle and run another piece of pvc from front to back or side to side

Re: Roof Extension - 2 Passenger to 4
Based on Mtwain's picture I built a frame using PVC pipe to accommodate a Classic Accessories 4 passenger enclosure. I had to do some heat bending of the pipes in the uprights but it turned out very nice. I didn't want to drill into the roof plastic so I made some "Z" shaped brackets from some flat aluminum stock and mounted them to the existing roof support bolts. I will be bringing the cart home from the lake soon and will post some pics after removing the enclosure.

Re: Roof Extension - 2 Passenger to 4
Just installed a Classic 4 person cover on our Club Car 2 + 2 flip back seat cart.
I really do not wish to drill into short top. I have seen the very nice photos already posted. Any other designs/photos? |
