Rust-Oleum spray paint job....
I got about $75 in material and about 4 days worth of labor invested however I'm pleased with the outcome...

Wow! Look at that shine. Did you wet sand and buff the final coat? Awesome results from a rattle can.

Yeah I did wet sand and buff the clear coat....I'm extremely pleased with the outcome since it was spray paint

Rust oleum also sales an oil based paint that you spray with an automotive style spray gun that provides awesome results. I sprayed my cart last week for about $40 and that included buying a spray gun from Harbor freight.

If you don't mind sharing could you let me know what kind of wet sanding process you did.
I have a little experience wet sanding the clear coat on a bass boat. I think I started with 800 or a thousand and worked to 1200 then high speed buffed with a polish. Is that lose to how you handled yours? |
