Roof Stereo Enclosure
Hi Guys, I am planning on rebuilding a 92 Yamaha G9 36v. I am thinking of fabbing a box into the underside of the roof and placing my stereo and light switches in it. Has anyone done this and if so do you have any photos. I was planning on making if out of plywood and covering it in fiberglass. I may possibly even add a couple of speakers in front and in back.

Re: Roof Stereo Enclosure
Use Lexan and paint could put lights in it, paint and have a erie glow from around it in different places. Can glue together with plummers glue (tape off where you want glue so doesn;t blead over). Would be cool and not as messy as FG, lights would set off as custom and bring attention to it.

Yes like the ones they put under rocker panels of cars would look real sweet.

Re: Roof Stereo Enclosure
It's good your building your own...I have not been impressed by any of the aftermarket roof mounts. You better suspend your cd/deck by springs....she will skip. My 1/2 cent.
