Default new flip seat problems

well i ordered a economy flip seat from EC. i got it put on and its already coming apart. but im sure alot of people has used these seats before and has a fix for it

the hindge is coming unscrewed from the plastic but the screw are stripped. ive email EC and he wont respond so imma put a pic here to yall can give me a idea on how to fix.

Purchase stainless steel #10 x 3/4" screws and replace all of them. Then, drill and install 2 more in between each of the existing ones. Install all the new screws by hand only. An electric driver will strip the threads in the plastic base in short order.

i was thinking about something but with countersunk nuts on the back side. under the seat cushion

That's a lot of work, and counter sinking enough to hide the nuts is gonna take away a lot of material thickness.
