Repairing 'dents' in the plastic body
I have a Yamaha G16, and plan to paint it with PPG urethane base/clear to match the race car that it tows around. The issue is that the body appears to be have been hit hard enough that the plastic is distorted / kinked a little. Is there a method to repair this via heating it up, or???

Re: Repairing 'dents' in the plastic body
I used Plastic Bumper repair (SEM 64822) on mine with good results to fix a crack in the plastic.

Re: Repairing 'dents' in the plastic body
I'd be real careful with trying to heat the body. It may distort the area and ripple it. I don't think filler would work too well, because of the possible body flexing. Maybe try to find a used body clip?
