Default EzGo custom floor shifter

Started a shifter build on my 88 marathon. uts coming along good should have it done tomorrow. I used an old truck tool box I paid $40 for lol diamond plate is so expensive. I figured I could makecall sorts of stuff with it. I used a router to cut tge slot for the shift rod to move in. I will post pics from the actual building of the linkage tomorrow I had tgem on mybood phone but it died on me.

I started with the original switch and took it out. Tgen turned the switch sideways and attached a piece of flat bar to attach the turn buckle linkage to. Then I used the flat bar to make "L" brackets and welded a piece to some 3/8" round for the shifter rod. Ill post the finished project tomorrow.
