Default Rocker Swich Panel

I guess I love switches because I have another question about them.

I want to install a panel of rocker switches for all of my accessories such as:

-Radio
-LED lights under the body
-LED Bar
-Cigarette charger
-Maybe even Flood lights for the rear of the cart.

I was thinking about getting a few of these
Rocker Switchs Rocker Switchs
to make the panel out of them.

I was thinking of hooking up just the under body LED's to this
button button

I was wondering if anyone had and experience with either of these switches or if there are some other switches I should look at or even get instead that may be better?

Any help would be appreciated.

daystars are great, run them in my jeep for all my accesories. Didnt spend that kind of money on switches for my cart, but im sure they would work. Check my build thread and you will see the panel I built for my cart.

I used Carling rockers on mine. They make some housings for them that lock together so you can make a panel as large or small as you need. I bought mine from Waytek. Much cheaper but you have to buy minimum quanities so it might or might not work out for you depending on how many you need.

Here's the link...

Here's how mune turned out..

It looks like i would save just a couple dollars because of the minimum requirement and sine i dont know what im doing to order each piece and put it all together, im better off paying the extrat and getting a switch i know will work.

But i am going to buy the housing for it. I just need to figure out if i want a panel like yours or 5 individual set ups.

Thank for showing me this site.

I used the daystar rocker switches and they work fine. I used different colors for different uses and they are perfect for my application. The blue ones are for front and back white led lights. The green one is for the green led light bar I have on order now. Orange turns on the 12volt receptacle on the front of the cart, not the one in the dash. And then red is the radio.

That is exactly what I had picture in my head.

How did you mount them? Did you use a mount or just cut the dash and put them in as is?

was it hard to install?

I made a cardboard template to get my spacing right. Then traced it directly to the dash and made the cut outs. It wasn't hard to do, but make sure the holes are not to big or the switches will either move around or fall out. And if you happen to mess up the holes you can always make a mounting plate and use that instead of the he dash.
