We after a lot of deliberation and lack of projects I have decided to stretch my cart.. Looking at getting a factory seat pod , just need to figure out if I sell my existing cage or modify it???

Re: Stretching cart
Oops. Sorry, I should have been a bit more clear. I am on vacation and I need to be closer to home to retrieve them.

Factory seat pods are crazy expensive- I would love to see someone use a dock box.

Re: Stretching cart
When I stretched mine, I found a guy on Craigslist that worked at a golf course and they were selling the old plastic bodies from the Club Cars they had freshened up for the golf course. $10 for a back half. Since the plastic is only strong enough for show, I built a steel frame for the new "front" seat, cut the "seat" part off the body and attached it to the metal frame. Takes a factory seat bottom. I built a rollcage for mine, so I added a crossbar and attached the backrests to that. Apart from the actual seats, the "base" cost about $30 and matches the now "back" seat perfectly.
