Default Help! Wiring 48v to 12v converter

I just picked up a 48 to 12v converter from eBay, but I'm not sure how to wire it.
Can someone look at the pic and let me know which wire is the 48v input, and which is the 12v output? Thanks!

you better ask the seller, hook it up backwards and poof your money up in smoke.
