Also I need to get me a digital volt meter. That would make it a lot easier to judge things and know what I have to work with.

It will be fine. Get a coupon out of AARP mag and they will give you a digital meter free with purchase. That is all you need.

When I come here I don't want to hear it. There are thousands of sites and forums dedicated to politics. Let's not bring it here. For one, I'm interested in your golf cart not your political opinion.
