Throttle Input Question
Since my 95 DS was built when CC still had the 0-5k throttle, how easy would it be to make a 5k-0 controller work in this cart?

Re: Throttle Input Question
You would need to change the throttle and controller. You could put in a vglide or mcor

Re: Throttle Input Question
You just have to move the wire from the 3rd post to the 9th post and it should reverse the range.

Re: Throttle Input Question
Digging up an old thread. Now trying to do the opposite. Got a 0-5K controller. How can I make a 5k-0 Regen 2 V-Glide work with that?

Re: Throttle Input Question
This may help with re-wiring the VGlide from 2-wire 0-5kΩ to a 3-wire 5kΩ-0.

Re: Throttle Input Question
Just use the wires from post #1 and #3, tape off #9 as it will not be needed.
It does not matter which way you connect those two wires (post #1 and #3). |

Re: Throttle Input Question
They should increase in the same speed step increments since the 3 wire setup is really a 0-5v.
In other words, they are in the same sequence you need and it should provide a similar throttle experience. |
