Seems to be working fine, it posted this thread... Oh wait, wrong computer

It does sound like the OBC may be bad. Are the two chargers known to be good?

Yes,the yellow light continue to flash make me think its the computer.I don't see any burn spots on computer which can indicate a bad computer.I think I have done the ovious but not that sure.Yes both chargers work on another cart

I would say bad OBC. Just for kicks, have you tried a reset? There is a how to up in the stickies.

You bypassed the relay in the charger? Dont bypass the charger relay, perform the obc bypass and if it charges then the obc is bad. Make sure the sense fuse is good.

Since you read 46v from positive to sense lead at charger socket, the fuse is probably OK but the OBC is bad.

Make sure you don't use your original charger in any other cart until you test the diode in the charger relay first.

There is also a small chance the OBC software is locked, so as suggested it will not hurt to let the OBC reset by disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes.
