rear axle question ?
I have a 98 club car DS there is a 2010 real axle on ebay whats the chances it would fit my cart ?

For some reason im finding 85-96 your ok. then 97 - up gas ds and 04-11 precedent are interchangeable....how convenient the 98 electric is left out. More research is required.
I would think the entire rear end would be no issue but axles a different story. |

well ive had a clicking noise coming out of the rear end all year I changed the guide ring I have changed the oil ive changed the motor bearing and still getting the noise , so there was a 2010 complete rear axle for 100 bucks on ebay for that price its worth a try ...

You might want to check the brake parts, they may be grabbing .

Ok got the old axle out went pretty easy now my problem is the new axle has no brake hardware and my brake hardware from the old axle a is just a little different any suggestions? Don't know how to add pics on here .
