Default 92 CC DS 36 Volt resistor cart no reverse

Starting new thread. I have a 92 CC DS 36 Volt resistor cart. I am planning on upgrading to the solid state stuff but for now due to budget im just trying to make it run for kiddos around yard and neighborhood.

I have no reverse. I used the Club car wiring diagram in the sticky section to trace all the wires. All are where they are suppossed to be and all are tight and no corrosion at connections. I hear it click (very lightly - assuming thats the micro switch) when i move the F/R lever in both the forward and reverse direction. I then press the accelerator when in each position and the cart will go forward with no issues from slow to WOT. In reverse i get just a click from the accelerator being pushed. As far as i know this is the original F/R switch.

There are 2 micro-switches(ms) which have to close to make the solenoid click and the cart go. One you found on the F&R and the other is inside the V-glide at the end of the gas pedal linkage.

I suspect something amiss with the F&R ms. Check to see the switch arm actually moves the same distance in F&R. put the LEVER in R and with a finger nail under the ms arm see if it clicks when you raise it a little more than the cam is ..... if yes simply bend the arm down some. This may fix your problem
