Default Looking for advice on speed upgrade for 48volt club car

I have a club car with a 6inch lift, 14 inch wheels with 23 inch tires, I'm ready to start going fast basically. I already have 2 gauge wires installed but that's it speed wise. I have a high amp solenoid and 600 amp controller just haven't installed yet. Havent decided on a motor yet. I'm leaning towards the PQ assassin. Anyone with advice on that motor or experience ? I'd like to be at about 30mph with decent torque, don't need much torque I live in south Florida, pretty much no hills and off road is occasional and still pretty flat. Another option I was thinking was going with a 36 volt motor, pretty sure I have a series club car and someone told me the 36 volt works great with my cart. All advice is appreciated and thanks for reading.

You have a new controller that is not yet installed but your only pretty sure that you have a series cart? Start from scratch here so that the forum can best help you. What year is your cart and what is the first 6 digits of its serial number?

Not ignoring you I just haven't been home. I'll put up the numbers as soon as I get a chance.

Got any suggestions on motors? I already have 2 gauge cables installed. I have a 600 amp controller and heavy duty solenoid. Just not sure which route to go on a motor. I want to do over 30mph with a decent amount of torque.

Talk to Scotty B here as well as contact Plum Quick for their motor options. I use an Executioner motor and can do 33+ with very good torque. They can also build an Executioner based motor that is torque bias it will give up some speed depending on your needs.....

Just got off the phone with plum quick, according to what speed I want to go and what I have done, (6 inch lift, 14 inch wheels with 23 inch tires, and 2 gauge wires) they suggested the rattlesnake 2 motor. They said the controller I have is fine but the only thing that will be drawing me back is my battery pack. It's about 2 years old and they're not Trojan batteries.

How's your torque and top speed? You think me running 100 amps lower will make a big difference ?
