Do I need motor upgrade
I have a 2008 precedent that I'm going to finally lift 6" and install 22 or 23" wheels onto. My ? Is will I lose speed and torque doing this ? Will I need or should I upgrade the motor and controller ?

Re: Do I need motor upgrade
as mentioned, if you decide you want more torque you can get the motor rebuilt by PQ just a little over $200 I think and that will basically improve all around. Any more desired then that yes it will start costing more and more.

Re: Do I need motor upgrade
Yeah Steve is right, you will gain speed with the bigger tires, but will lose torque. A Bandit upgrade may suit your needs...
