Default 1992 ClubCarDS will not move

This is my first post so be gentle with the comments.

I have a 1992 36v Club Car DS, the batteries are about two years old.

They hold a charge and have been maintained by me. Installed a new F/R switch and a new solenoid last year after have issues. Everything ran smooth for a year or so and then suddenly while driving the cart it just stopped.

Things I checked: Batteries are good, cleaned all the connections at the batteries and all other places where the wire connect. Changed the wire going to the fuse.

Still will not move, but the solenoid does click and buzzer does sound in reverse.

quick note, i also adjusted the brakes and noticed the cart was slower but stopped a lot better. I did notice that rear wheels did not turn as freely after adjustment. The cart quit about two weeks later.

Adjusting the brakes until they drag will create additional amperage draw from the motor as it works to overcome the new load. This additional draw could create unwanted heat in the Vglide and F&R switch.

Assuming all the cable connections have been checked first.....
there are 26 hi-amperage connections.

Remove the cover from and inspect the V glide contacts and micro switch operation...this is a known weak spot.

You want the contacts to be smooth and when the wiper meets each one it is a solid connection. You want to check the micro is opening and closing and check its continuity.

There should be a micro inside the vglide thin plastic box with stationary tab and a longer movable tab operated by a lever. Close it and put dvm on continuity and listen for beep or use resistance.

Print yourself a wiring diagram for the cart from the stickie section above. We have nothing specific to add as the 'just stopped' complaint could be anything from a small wire in the solenoid activation circuit to a loose connection on a high amperage cable or failed F&R switch.

Give all the big cable ends a twist and pull for starters (there's 26 ends) then look at the solenoid activation circuit if the solenoid is not clicking when you try to go.

When I cross the solenoid with screw driver the cart will jump forward a bit. Does this mean it's bad.
