What body company did you buy from that offered free shipping? Did they have a good choice of colors? I can get a cart painted here including the top for $300 so I am trying to make a good choice...Thanks...would like to see pictures. You can use the Private Message system to answer if you prefer...

I put a new XCT control in my Precedent last night. Can't hardly wait for a test drive.

$300??? Nope, I can't get it done that cheap. I got it off of Ebay from a company that gave me a choice of about 16 colors. They advertise that they will cut the holes for the light kits FREE and they ship it with a plastic wrap protective film of some type. I'll let you know if they live up to their advertising. But, I also found another place on-line that has the exact same bodies a little bit cheaper with shipping price combined. I had already committed to the ebay sale, but I am not complaining. These are plastic bodies with the color in the plastic. My son has one with the color in the plastic and it looks almost painted. I figure that I will wax and buff it, even though they advertise it as "gloss." I will pin stripe it and have a decal made for it. I think I will paint the seats with vinyl seat paint. Used it on the seats of my old Mustang and it still looks new. Not sure yet, what I want to do with the roof. It has a couple of cracks in it where the supports connect. Thinking of using an epoxy for the cracks and then painting it with some plastic paint. It has a kind of wrinkled texture so I am not yet sure what I plan to do.

Replaced the windshield...wife wanted clear instead of tinted...came out great...the original was bolted on the new one came with snap-on plastic channels and was a piece of cake to install. Now I am working on installing a Liteseasy system...totally wireless switch system...turn signals, headlights, horn
