It looks like a birds nest under there, even when they do work lol so focus on one thing, get the motor to move the cart. Just be careful this could get out of control.
Birds nest... Somewhere on post number 25 or so, I explained that I separated all of the wires as much as possible so it could all be seen. I know it looks terrible but I have the ability and experience in doing some pretty custom DC wiring. Ill get to that once everything works.

So, you're recommending I test it under load and get back with the results.
Also!!!!! I didn't know that solenoid closing ment automatic motor turning.. Interesting...

I dont mean to come across as negative but Ive spent hours and hours testing this thing. Its kicking my but. I do appreciate the thoughts!!!
Don't be discouraged, first and foremost. You did a lot to this cart, anything extra you added remove for now, the converter, lights etc. put it back to as close to plain stock as you can. The attached schematic is easier to read, not exactly as yours but the main parts are the same and will help trouble shoot. You said that there was parts of wiring that you couldn't get to, well it may be that time to figure out how to get to. You need to check that sonic weld, all fuses.
Three controllers and you still have the same issue with that wire blue/white you need to trace it, and test it to the end, pin to pin. If that connection is good then the controller may be the issue but you said you replace it, was this a new controller, same type?

No not necessary, the controller needs to meet certain requirements like Sergio was explaining.

It was the same type but not new. I had the original, then late at night I ended up ordering 2 by accident. Ive ended up trying both of the and yes, same issue. I know the MCOR was bad because from the tests that Sergio gave me it was way off. The new (used) one bench tests right), still same problem. Ill try to get to the sonic weld and see whats going on. Thanks!!!

looks like you tried to jumper the pin 2 & 6, basically bypassing the throttle, no results ehh?

As far as I can think of there are 2 fuses on the whole cart. 1 at the Tow/.Run switch and 1 at the wiring to the brake switch.. Are there any hidden anywhere?

I bet your controller is bad, getting used parts isn't eliminating 100%, if both controllers were used then I'd guess you need to try one that you know is working or New. It looks like you went through all of the wiring, that controller should send power to the motor with all you tested. If you bypass everything and the motor runs, solenoid switches, MCOR new.
